A deposit is required equal to one night's lodging. Refunds (minus a $25.00/per room cancellation fee) will be made if we are notified two weeks in advance, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Check In and Check Out:
Check in time is 3pm to 8pm, unless prior arrangements are made.Check out time is 11am. Breakfast:
A buffet breakfast with seasonal hot and cold cereals, juices, muffins, bagels, fruits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate is available year round. Weekends will include a country breakfast, such as eggs of your choice, or French toast and breakfast meats Lunch and Dinner Meals are available upon request at a very reasonable additional charge with prior notification.Pets:
We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets. We have 2 small dogs and 2 cats on the property. Although, they are confined to a limited area, those who may be allergic to pets need to know they may be present in the common areas occasionally. Smoking;
